Kazpost

The Kazpost or KazPost (at times) can be referred as the organization entrusted to look after the national postal responsibilities of Kazakhstan. The Kazpost is regarded as one amidst the most progressing organizations of the entire post-Soviet region. The postal company offers for a complete range of postal plus financial & logistical services throughout the Republic and includes all the urban communities as well as the rural settlements. It was founded in 1883 and became officially nominated as the country’s Postal Operator in 2003 under which it obtained the responsibilities of directing plus implementing the national policy for the development of national P.O. savings system. It’s to mention that Kazpost was the 1st CIS postal operation company to design POSS and is successfully practicing it till date. In 2006, Samruk-Kazyna (Kazakhstan’s Wealth Fund) became the company’s sole shareholder. The company has it’s headquarter in Almaty and Ms. A. Nurlanovna Smagulova is the current corporate Secretary of Kazpost. Presently, the organization is working with 3,200 offices & stations all across the Republic of which there are 89 express mailing offices. Besides, the company has 15 oblast & four National Status wings as well as grand staff strength of twenty-one thousand officers.

Kazpost Tracking

The Kazpost offers for a tracking service of the deliveries through its postal system via its official website. The respective website has a particular section termed “Track & Trace” to help the customers in keeping track of their mails, both domestic and international. Anybody wiling to track their mails from Kazpost should reach up to the particular category and fill up the postal item digit. The postal item digit is basically a 13 character code with 2 Latin letters stating the dispatch status, nine numbers of the dispatch & 2 Latin letters mentioning about country sender like DE for Germany or US for USA. For example: RA713489030DE or CP922953771US. After placing the postal item digit in the original format, i.e. without any space or gap, the nest task is to hit on the adjacent “Search” button so that the online tool can conduct a thorough search of the delivery and come up with the status details.
